Our estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days from the date your order is processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, please email us at hello@smirk.shop within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and few photos of the item, and any other details you can share. We’ll review it right away and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@smirk.shop with photos of wrong/damaged items.
